Mr. Waldron has over 15 years experience as a lawyer representing clients in various areas of the law. His preferred area of practice is in the telecommunications and energy industries representing clients before regulatory organizations where he got his start. Chris also has several years of litigation experience representing corporations and individuals.

Telecommunications: drafting comments with federal and state regulatory commissions with regard to Broadband Technologies Opportunity Program (Last mile applications) telecommunications interconnection, compensation, data privacy issues and spectrum auctions.
Energy: Opening new markets to provide retail energy services to the public; drafting comments with state regulatory commissions; analyzing new and established markets for business favorability; and litigation over contract interpretation in energy markets.
