Aurelia Flores is Assistant General Counsel at Leidos, Inc. located in Reston, Virginia. She is a former Fulbright Fellow, and a graduate of Stanford Law School. She works on transactional intellectual property matters for the company, including negotiating licensing transactions, handling employee IP matters, and conducting IP due diligence for M&A transactions. Aurelia performs IP training and education within the company. She also works closely with the company’s Chief Technology Officer consulting on IP strategy, and is key in implementing IP policy and processes company-wide.
